I fell in love with Reflexology as a young adult. After my first treatment I felt more centered,
less stressed and more in touch with my inner guidance. I have been a practicing Reflexologist for over 20 years now.
My interests and training spread into nutrition, massage, energy work and counselling.
My main passion is now Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy which works on a multitude of issues
and has a great impact on the overall health of a person, physically, emotionally and mentally .
However the blend of both reflexology and craniosacral is truly nourishing.
I continue to relish in the magic of silence and enjoy creating a space for clients where they can listen to their OWN intuition
and develop a closer more loving relationship with their bodies.

Biodynamic Craniosacral consultation is $100
Combined Reflexology and Craniosacral sessions - 75min $125 or 90min $150
45 minute foot reflexology session is $75
Face and foot reflexology 60 min $100
Craniosacral for Children under 16yrs of age between $50 and $75
CANCELLATION Policy:
I would appreciate 50% of the session fee if you cancel on the same day.
(I do understand if there are situations that make it difficult to commit on the day)
