I fell in love with Reflexology as a young adult. After my first treatment I felt more centered,
less stressed and more in touch with my inner guidance. I have been a practicing Reflexologist for over 20 years now.
My interests and training spread into nutrition, massage, energy work and counselling. 
My main passion is now Craniosacral Therapy
which works on a multitude  of issues and has a greater impact on the overall health of a person,
physically, emotionally and mentally .
I continue to relish in the magic of silence and enjoy creating a space for clients where they can listen to their OWN intuition
and develop a closer more loving relationship with their bodies. 
Reflexology and Craniosacral Therapy can be quiet and subtle techniques which help ease our soles/souls during our earth walk.

 60 minute consultation is $90 (either reflexology or craniosacral)
Combined Reflexology and Craniosacral sessions - 75min $115 or 90min $135
Reduced fees for Cancer patients, students and pensioners.
CANCELLATION Policy: if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, I require 50% session fee.
